How often is your data synchronized?

With Book360’s automated Database Synchronisation, only the necessary data is synchronised with the new cloud server. With Book360’s automated Database Synchronisation, only the necessary data is synchronised with the new cloud server. A sync is done 3 times a day (this is depending on the company) as it ensures that if the consultant needs to make a change in the legacy system throughout the day, the change will be carried through to the Book360 system with any of the 3 syncs, the process is anywhere between a few minutes to a few hours.

Importing of travel product-related content, supplier & client information using the Book360 DB Sync

The Book360 team has developed a host of specialised migration tools to specifically help your organisation transition away from your legacy system. The Database Sync application is hosted on your secure dedicated cloud server and is configured by the Book360 team to synchronize data between your on-site servers and your new Book360 cloud server.The relevant data and content which consists of all travel-related material such as text, images, and videos is exported from your legacy database and file servers and securely imported into your Book360 environment. This is an on-going automated process which allows for all of your bookings, supplier and customer information for companies that are B2B, travellers for companies that are B2C and rates to be available directly in the cloud for immediate use in Book360.
